Hi all I'm Uselink5's wife. He is really wanting to start racing next year and wanting me to join in and race too.

I have a silly question or thought. Do you guys ever race in teams? Like say you have a 2 person team, and however many teams there is. Say when you finish a race its not just your time but you have to add your team mates time along with it. So just because you might finished first doesnt fully mean you would get first since you have to add the time your team mate ran. Don't know if any of you would like this idea, and I'm not asking for you guys to change anything on how you race. It just might be something different to add into the mix if others thought it would be fun.

all my team mates take me out on every corner..
I do the same for them...is that what you mean?

umm not exactly lol

say you got 5 teams each team has 2 players or racers. umm example

team 1 racer a & racer b
team 2 racer c & racer d
team 3 racer e & racer f
team 4 racer g & racer h
team 5 racer i & racer j

racers being the people driving the rc's. anyway. racer a-j all race the desired laps and get timed. but to find out what team would have won, you have to add both times of the team together. so say in team 1 whatever the racer "a" timed at and whatever racer "b" timed at both get added together for a final time. and each team does the same. from the final time desides what team won the race. meaning racer "a" could have came in 1st but his or her teammate racer "b" finished 7th so you have to add both those times together and who knows maybe racer "c" came in 2nd and "d" came in 3rd which made them beat racer "a" and "b". say if someone didnt get to fully finish the race and broke or something then maybe a default time would have been added onto their time?

i dont know just sounds like something different, and no i'm not saying you should or should not do this. its only an idea for a different type of race just to mix it up from the normal races.

So, Kieth, and Brian can't be a team..
As you may have read, Kieth is the "Best Driver" ever.

its only something i thought up of when hubby and i were talking and watching you guys race. i'm a complete newb when it comes to racing, i've only played around with hubby's little truck maybe twice? hubby has a leftie remote and i'm not sure if that was what was messing me up or not when i tried. but it does seem fun to do, and i am a quick learner if i put my mind to it.

as for the director thing... lol umm... as i said before i'm complete newb?

it doesnt have to be a total of 5 teams, it could be any. i only said 5 in the example. although hubby has been talking with a few people trying to get them interested in racing as well. so maybe once we can start in we might have more following.

Ill bring kayli and me and her can be a team we can race Bobby and fred with 1/8th electrics I think it would actaully be pretty fair!

One thing is for shure...It would be fun...Always have a good time racing at Lakeside...

u would have to work hard to take bryan out because he is the one that is usually taking everyone out when he is racing

It's been a fun year.
I got the call today for a deal in NY, I'm scheduled to be working until the first week in Feb.
I needed to get back to work, and I hear it's nice in NY this time of year, so I packed my swimmin trunks..

I hate the COLD!
