Post my RC10 Street Stocks
These 2 are the only 2 I have finished but I have more Street Stock bodies in the works. I would love to see a Street Stock class start up at Chaffee. I got these vintage buggies cheap from Ebay. I built them like a 1/10 Latemodel. - lowered them and got a Custom Works IROC Camaro, a McAllister MACH1 Mustang body, and grabbed some NASCAR decals and here ya go.
Sorry for all the posts, but the site will only let me post 1 pic at a time. If anyone knows how to squeeze them all into one, fell free to do so. I can't do it from my Blackberry.

ThunderValley in beebe, the class is still in the early stages.. I think there is about 4 down here.. The only rule that I know of for sure is it's gonna be a 17.5 motor limit.. There was one running with us in the 13.5 latemodel class and it was suprisingly competitive aginst the bigger motors and the advantage of the latemodel bodies.

Post Re: my RC10 Street Stocks
I definately dig running these cars. I do have Latemodel bodies in the works for both of these cars. I have a 70 Cuda, 87 Firebird, 77 Camaro, and a 86? Monte Carlo all in the works. If you can't tell I like painting bodies and running vintage RC10s. I could see this as a spec motor class. McAllister has good looking SS bodies, and Speedy Racing Parts has lowering kits and body mounting kits for most of the major brands and vehicles.

If you have a 1/10 Latemodel setup, then most of the Street Stock bodies will fit. I think 9 inches is how wide they need to be to cover the wheels. The only place that I know of to get Street Stock bodies is www.mcallisterracing.com. GS Hobby has some of their LM bodies, but I don't think they have SS bodies. I found the 88 Custom Works Camaro on Ebay. I think Parma and Bolink had some back in the 80s/90s. Some of the old on road oval pan cars were 9 inches wide werent they? It would be cool to get a class going of these.
